However, if a fee is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. Within this scope, personal data owners have the right to:

Request information if personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against the person through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
